The actionnet home page, has a loaded pic area from Embarcadero dock camera, that does not work and has not worked for at least 3-4 years/pic never loads, and now the google link, also does not work, takes you to an unavailable page. Have had this as my homepage and main domain for many years and it would be nice if the links actually worked, if not, change them so they do, like Spanish Head or the Yaquina Bridge cam, or the Google to Bing.

I have been trying to access the spam mail to try and stop emails that have been coming through using a quilt shop's email address. I have not been able to log on using my user name and the password that was sent to me. I need to access barracuda.
Thanks, Shirley Gilmore

All I can say after finally getting a password that would be accepted is that it takes twice as long to get into the mailbox now. Yes, I have dial-up, but it didn't take that long to open up in the old actionnet. You have made getting the mail terribly inconvenient. So much for progress !

Lee,

Unfortunately, the two different mail servers in use did not have compatible address book entries that we could migrate. Your contacts from the older actionnet webmail will not migrate to the new Zimbra server.

If you check email using a email client, like Outlook Express, or Mac Mail, your contacts will not be affected by this server change.

To get access to your old contacts list, you can log into the old actionnet webmail client with your web browser at this address:
http://oldmail.actionnet.net

Log in using your actionnet email address, and your PREVIOUS email password. You will be able to view your old contact list.

As far as your older emails not transferring over to the new inbox, please call us regarding this. Our engineers moved as much stored email as they could on the servers, but some accounts we didn't have password credentials available. Give us a call, and we'll gather that information from you, and get any messages in your old inbox moved over for you.

Shirley,

Yes, the link on the ActionNet website for webmail is set to re-direct your web browser to the new webmail login page, https://mail.actionnet.net. If that page gives you SSL errors, you may view the login page directly at https://zmail.peak.org

Deanna,

You should be able to access your account via webmail. The webmail link on the Actionnet.net website has be re-directed to the new mail server. When you click on it, you should see the "Zimbra" login interface, asking for your username and password.

Remember, here, just like in a traditional email client, your username needs to be typed out as your full email address (all lower-case characters).

Your password will be the newly modified password (with _#ActNet1# added to the end, if your original password didn't meet our current password requirements.)

If you are still having issues, give us a call so we can double-check the password you are using.
